Job and Business are two different things
Let me take one Example Business is you are nurturing Your Baby and Job is you are nurturing Other’s Baby.
Let’s Understand Business and Job in below Parameters.
1. Security Parameter
Business has low security in the initial stages and if it fails, it’s you who will bear a loss but once it gets stable, you can be secure for the rest of your life. Job if Government has security while a private company job is not secure at all & the covid pandemic showed us this reality.
2. Growth & Responsibility Parameter
In business, you will have to grow it at your own & no one is takes the responsibility, it is all up to you. In job, you get promotion if you perform well & and your company’s success is not solely based on you..so you have less responsibility.
3.Time Parameter
In business, at the initial stages you will have to invest a lot of time & energy to make itv stable. If it gets stable, in the coming time you will have time freedom. In job, no matter how your company performs, you have to work for specific time period as per your job duration.
4.Risk Factor
In business, all risk is yours, whether you fail or succeed, you have to bear everything. Therefore, risk factor is very high in business as compared to business. In job, you have less risk as compared to business because whether your company performs or not, you are going to get a fixed salary every month.
5.Freedom Parameter
In Initial stages, you have to work very hard to establish your business & if you get successful in doing that, you can have freedom for the rest of your life as no matter wherever you are in the world, your business will keep functioning even without you.
In job there is less freedom as you have to everyday be present at the office for specified time & you can not do anything else at that time.
6.Happiness Parameter
This totally depends on you. I’ve seen People who are very happy with their Job happy & also people happy with their businesses.
Question: Business or Job?
Ask below 4 questions to Yourself.
1. Are you Happy with your current work?
2. if you are doing the work, it will provide any future Security
3. Are Going good with your economic growth?
4. Are you learning and new skills that will help You in future.
