Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Nirmal Rabari and NMR Infotech ('we', 'us') handle personal information you share with us through nirmalrabari.in — including training enquiries, brochure downloads, discovery-call bookings and newsletter sign-ups.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, company or institution name, city, team size and the details of your training requirement when you submit an enquiry, request a brochure, or book a discovery call.

Information collected automatically: basic analytics such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate city-level location, device type and browser. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

2. How we use your information

To respond to your training, workshop, keynote or consulting enquiry; to send the resource, brochure or course material you requested; to schedule and confirm sessions; to raise proposals and invoices; and, where you have opted in, to send occasional updates about new AI courses, free resources and workshops.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Legal basis and consent (DPDP Act, 2023)

We process personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, or where processing is necessary to perform a service you have engaged us for. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing nirmal@nmrinfotech.com.

4. Sharing and third-party services

We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited data may be processed by service providers that help us operate the site and deliver programs — for example form/database hosting, email delivery, Calendly for call scheduling, WhatsApp for communication, and YouTube for embedded videos. Each provider processes data under its own policy.

Embedded YouTube videos and third-party slide decks may set their own cookies once you interact with them.

5. Data retention

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve the request and to meet accounting, tax and contractual obligations — typically up to 3 years — after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — encrypted transport (HTTPS), access-controlled storage and least-privilege access — to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to marketing communications at any time. Write to nirmal@nmrinfotech.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Children

Our services are intended for professionals, organisations and educational institutions. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children without the involvement of their school or guardian.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
