1. Use of this website

The content on this site — articles, roadmaps, prompt libraries, cheat sheets, calculators and course pages — is provided for educational purposes. You may use it for personal and internal business learning.

2. Intellectual property

All training material, slide decks, workbooks, prompt packs, ebooks, videos, frameworks and the site content are the intellectual property of Nirmal Rabari / NMR Infotech unless stated otherwise. They may not be resold, re-branded, uploaded to a public repository, or used to deliver competing paid training without written permission.

Participants may use materials internally within their own organisation.

3. Bookings and payment

Training engagements are confirmed on receipt of a signed proposal or purchase order together with the agreed advance. Prices quoted by the online cost calculator are indicative estimates only; the final fee is confirmed in a written proposal.

Unless otherwise agreed, an advance of 50% is payable at confirmation and the balance within 7 days of delivery. Travel, accommodation and venue costs for on-site programs outside Vadodara are billed at actuals or as a fixed agreed allowance.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation

Rescheduling requested more than 7 days before the session date is accommodated at no charge, subject to availability. Cancellation within 7 days of the scheduled date may forfeit the advance, as the date is blocked exclusively for the client.

5. Delivery and participant commitments

The client is responsible for providing the agreed venue, internet access, projection and participant devices for hands-on labs. Session outcomes depend on participant attendance and engagement.

6. Free courses and resources

Free courses, YouTube videos, ebooks and downloadable resources are provided as-is. They may be updated, moved or withdrawn at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business decisions taken on the basis of training content.

8. Third-party AI tools

Programs reference third-party tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, n8n and Make.com. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms, their pricing, availability or terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.
